Can I use my subscription on more than one computer?

You can use Private Proxy on as many computers as you want but it will only allow one connection per Username and Password so you can only use it on one computer at a time.

How do I change my username and password?

Your username and password is tied to a third party billing company.  If you wish to change it, you will need to cancel your service and then sign up again with a new username and password or you can contact us at support@privacypartners.com and we can change it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription to Private Proxy?

You can find the link to cancel your subscription in two places. You can click on the "Manage My Account" link at the top right hand corner of this page. Or from within Private Proxy, there is a Manage My Account link that will take you to the "Manage My Account" page. From the "Manage My Account" page is a direct link to CCBill where you can cancel your subscription.
